You like structure and need some extra support to maximise your healthy eating efforts. Weight loss or slimming aids could be a good option but it's important to remember you'll need to follow a healthy eating plan and be active.
Tip: Cutting calories by around 500 a day will help the average person to lose around 1-2lbs a week.
You're really busy, so a plan that directs your weigh loss while you get on with life is perfect for you. Meal replacements are really convenient and all the calorie counting is done for you.

You like food and eating well, but it's likely that your family's diet is as important as your own and your plan needs to fit with that. A diet club could be a great choice as it gives you flexibility while also offering support and encouragement.
Tip:There are lots of diet clubs options to choose from including Weight Watchers, Rosemary Conley and Jenny Craig. You can go along in person,join an on lie diet community, find a diet buddy or a combination of these choices that sits you.
